Applicants’ name, phone number address and email address is collected by National Resuscitation Provider to create and ship Neonatal Resuscitation certification and recertification cards, CME documentation as well as to provide customer service and technical support.
Applicants’ credit card information and billing address is collected by National Resuscitation Provider to properly fill orders purchased by enrollees, generate receipts and issue refunds, if necessary.
Applicants can feel safe knowing our staff does not have access to complete credit/debit card information. Payments are processed through our secure shopping cart. Your credit card information is not stored or documented at any time by National Resuscitation Provider.
National Resuscitation Provider may disclose your personal information only if it is required by law to comply with certain legal action such as a subpoena or government request or if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
