- Q. Do I need to attend an in-person Neonatal Resuscitation Certification training class to become certified through your program?
A. No. Our Neonatal Resuscitation certification exam is entirely online. - Q. Is there a time limit in which I must start and finish the exam?
A. No. Take the exam at your convenience and at any time. There is no time frame in which you must finish exam. - Q. Is your Neonatal Resuscitation card endorsed by the AHA or the AAP?
A. No. You will not receive an AHA or AAP-endorsed NRP certification card upon completion of our program. However, our certification is based on the latest NRP guidelines from the AAP and the guidance of our medical review board. - Q. When will I receive my certification card after passing the exam?
A. Immediately. Once you pass the exam, you will instantaneously have access to your digital certification card, and you will also receive your free hard copy card in the mail right away. - Q. Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
A.Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee including a full refund to applicants that have not submitted their exam answer selection for review to our staff. - Q. Do I receive CEU's when I pass this online exam?
A. Yes. We provide you with 11 CEU's for passing our online certification exam and 9 CEU's for passing our online recertification exam, free of charge. - Q. How many questions are on the exam?
A. There are 75 multiple choice questions on the Neonatal Resuscitation certification exam and 75 questions on the Neonatal Resuscitation recertification exam. - Q. Is your certification accepted everywhere?
A.Yes. Since our Neonatal Resuscitation online exam is crafted after the most recent medical guidelines and inspired by the AAP's NRP, most organizations accept our certification nationally. However, we do recommend checking with your employer prior to purchase. - Q. Can anyone enroll in your online Neonatal Resuscitation training?
A.Yes. Anyone in need of a Neonatal Resuscitation certification or renewal can register for and take our exams. That makes our program stand apart from the AAP's NRP program because our training is available online, whereas their program is only available in person.
